I am a Certified Professional Coach. I completed coaching training at the College of Executive Coaching and I am a member of the New York City Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.

I bring to coaching a unique and special combination of knowledge and education and over 25 years of professional experience. Prior to being a coach I worked in the mental health field as a counselor and psychotherapist. I have also been a trainer and educator working with health care professionals throughout New York State specializing in behavior change, chemical dependency and HIV prevention. My interests have always been multidisciplinary and focused on what makes for personal and professional happiness and fulfillment.

My educational background includes a B.A. in Human Development and Social Relations from Earlham College and a Master's in Divinity from Union Theological Seminary where I studied systematic theology and depth psychology. I completed the Professional Enrichment Program in Jungian Theory and Practice at the Center for Advanced Studies in Depth Psychology and have taken numerous courses and training programs on counseling skills and clinical issues.

The work I am doing as a coach is in line with the values and beliefs that are most important to me. The best part about being a coach is that I get to work with people as they pursue their hopes and aspirations and take steps to achieve them.

I live and work in New York City.
